Private parking was a dream, no need to worry about finding a spot. I had a blast playing pool, ping-pong, and pretending I was good at both. And the towels? So fluffy, I felt like royalty.

Oh, how I miss paying for parking and doing laundry on my vacation. NOT.

Lake View was really nice, offering great value for our money. The room was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, with a beautiful view of the lake and garden. The location was perfect for a relaxing break, surrounded by nature and wildlife. The owners were warm and cute, and the small touches like homemade bread and fresh eggs made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

The morning meal could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

We had a fantastic stay at Lake View! the rural location was simply stunning, surrounded by beautiful gardens and a peaceful fishing lake. the facilities were top, notch, with outbuildings filled with fun activities like a pool table, table tennis, table football. We also loved the outdoor amenities, such as the 4, hole pitch and putt and the picnic tables with a BBQ. the hostess was incredibly welcoming, providing complimentary treats like free, range eggs from their hens and freshly made bread. We wished we had booked for longer and would definitely recommend Lake View to our friends. Cons: Couldn't find any faults at all! ⭐️.

We had an amazing time at this perfect little getaway in the countryside. the lodge at Lake View had everything we needed for a cosy stay. Jean, the host, was wonderfully welcoming and provided us with delicious homemade bread and jams. the kids loved the toys and DVDs provided, and enjoyed picking apples and blackberries from the vast gardens. the tranquil surroundings allowed us to spot rabbits, hens, and ducks by the lake.

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like 😊.

The location of this hotel was absolutely stunning, nestled in the countryside with beautiful views all around. The facilities provided were top-notch, with a variety of games like pool, table tennis, and darts available in the out buildings. The outdoor area was a treat, with a fishing lake, a pitch & putt course, and picnic tables for enjoying the surroundings. The hostess went above and beyond by providing complimentary items like free-range eggs and freshly made bread, which added a special touch to the stay.

The only small issue we encountered was the presence of cluster flies in one of the out buildings, where the dartboard was located. While it was expected in a rural setting, it would have been nice if the area had been cleaned upon our arrival.

We loved having an en-suite and a separate bathroom, making it very convenient for our family. The welcome pack was a nice touch and the hosts were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The games room with table tennis and darts was a fun addition, keeping us entertained during our downtime. And the homemade bread and fresh eggs from the resident chickens were good surprises.

I recently had the most amazing stay at a charming countryside retreat. the location was simply stunning, with vast gardens and a peaceful lake that provided the most breathtaking view. the room I stayed in was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a cosy stay. the hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure I had a great experience. the facilities, like the pool table and table tennis, provided endless entertainment. I also appreciated the complimentary items, like fresh bread and free-range eggs. it was a perfect getaway.

One small downside was the early morning noise from a nearby train and the presence of cluster flies in the out building.
